1. Are any of Internet Authority rates will change?
   No. We grand fathered all Internet Authority rates, and your service rate will not change.

2. Do I need to change the modem access number to connect to Internet?
   Yes. Majority of the phone numbers are changing. We have a wide variety of access numbers available offering multiple pools of modems in New Hampshire. Please find a new local number at our access list.

3. Do I need to change my email address?
   No. You can still use your Internet Authority email address. However we are moving all email accounts to a new faster server, and if you have difficulty getting your email, please contact our support department.
